1. How do you ensure your products quality and service?
All our production process strictly adhere to ISO9001 procedure, and we also offer clients 3-5 years warranty. If the products don't work properly as promised, and the problem is caused by the quality issue, we will provide exchange service.
2. Can you make the products according to custom requirements?
Yes, we provide bespoke service to custom exact specifications. You can send us the detailed specifications and our engineer team will check the feasibility, or send us samples for better understanding.
3. Can I buy samples for testing before bulk orders?
Yes, sample orders are always welcome. We are confident in our product quality and believe that you will place bulk orders once you test our samples.
4. What is your delivery time?
For items in stock, we can ship within 5 days after deposit. For items out of stock, delivery time is based on order quantity, generally within 20 days.
5. What is your policy for being a distributor?
We have different policies for different target markets. If you are interested in becoming a local distributor, we can discuss the details further.
